2Red chillies
250gIcing sugar
250gButter
9Pasteurisede egg whites
9Pasteurized egg yolks

Instructions for Chocolate / chili cake

To prepare the Chocolate / chili cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt butter and chocolate over water bath.
Whip egg yolks and whipped cream white.
Whip egg whites stiff.
Mix the chocolate cheese with the egg yolks.
Turn the whites in.
Bake half of the cake in a spring form at 160 degrees (ordinary oven) for 35 minutes.
Cool the cake off.
When the cake is cooled, chill the chilli and mix with the other half of the dough, which is then spread over the backed bottom.
Put it on a saucepan for at least 4 hours before serving, but be prepared to cook the day before. It will be fine the next day.
