| 100 | g | Peeled chopped almonds |
| 150 | g | Good chocolate like 70% |
| 150 | g | Butter |
| 150 | g | Sugar |
| 2 | tbsp | Boiling water |
| 4 | Egg yolks |
Instructions for Chocolate cake without flour
To prepare the Chocolate cake without flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar and egg yolks whipped stiff. Butter and chocolate is melted over a water bath. Almonds cognac nescafe boiling water cocoa and potato flour mixed into the egg and sugar mixture together with chocolate mixture. Bake in springform at 175 degrees C ca. 30 minutes.
Tips:
Garnish with powdered sugar and served with fresh strawberries or other fresh fruit
