Instructions for Chocolate cake with ginger
To prepare the Chocolate cake with ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the eggs airy with the sugar. Place the bowl over boiling water bath and whisk for at least 10 minutes after which it is removed by the water bath. Sift flour, cocoa and baking soda together and fling it with a fluffy crumb of cream together with the melted butter. Bring the dough into a greased spring form and bag the cake for approx. 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the cake has cooled, it is removed from the mold and divided into 2 bottles. Chocolate and ginger chopped well and mixed with whipped cream. The load is distributed between the 2 bottoms. Flour sugar is sifted over the cake.
