To prepare the Chilli con carne, with beef fox recipe, please follow these instructions:
The beans are soaked in ample water overnight (at least 12 hours).
The soaked water is poured out, and the beans are boiled in leavened water, again abundantly until they are barely tender - every kind of one. Rinse thoroughly in cold water
The onions are cut in both. The peppers are cleaned, rinsed and shredded. Flush the chilli thoroughly and cut into fine strips. Peel the garlic cloves, chop them nicely or cut them into thin slices.
