1Cinnamon. Rod
1Red chili pepper
1tspCumin, ground
1dlWater
2canPeeled tomatoes, canned
2cloveGarlic
2canKidney beans, canned
2Onion
200gSundried tomatoes in oil
500gBeef, chopped roughly 16% fat

Instructions for Chilli con carne in

To prepare the Chilli con carne in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Onion chopped finely and fry together with the beef. the skinned tomatoes is poured at the meat/onions along with 1 dl. water.

Garlic/chili (Seedless)/sundried tomatoes (with oil) blended (chopped fine), and added the Court, along with the entire rod tip get cinnamon, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 1 hour.

Then add the drained kidnybønner and let it simmer for a further ½ hour.

Take cinnamon rod up before serving

Tips:
Served with wholemeal bread. EVS. salad.
