200 | g | Cream cheese naturel room temperature |
Instructions for Chilipoppers
To prepare the Chilipoppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fill jalapeno pepper halves with cream cheese and pressure 2 half pepper together again.
Beat eggs, water and salt. Dip jalapeno peppers into beaten egg mass and turn them in bread crumbs. Style them on a piece of wax paper and place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan to 185 degrees c. deep fat FRY for 3 minutes, or until they are golden. Put jalapeno popper on a piece of paper towel.
