To prepare the Chili Vinegar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the small whole chili fruit in a bottle of white wine vinegar. Put a few strips of lemon peel into each bottle that is now closed and stored in a dark cupboard until the vinegar has the desired strength.
You can decide the vinegar's strength by the number of chilies used. If you want a mild chilli vinegar, you can remove the core - as this is where the strong taste is found.
