Chilli, crushed
Pepper
Salt
0.5dlSemi-skimmed milk
1tspCumin, whole
2canChopped tomatoes, canned
2canWhite beans in tomato sauce, baked beans, canned
2cloveGarlic
2Red bell pepper
500gOnion
500gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

Instructions for Chili con carne (FAT)

To prepare the Chili con carne (FAT) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Onion chopped finely and FRY in a dry pan. When they bite a bit on the bottom, add water.
When the water is cooked away Sauté beef forcemeat with.

The chopped tomatoes, Baked beans, milk, garlic and diced peppers poured by the meat/onions.
That season with cayenne pepper, chili, cumin, salt and pepper.

Simmer for approximately a ½ hour.

Tips:
Chilli con carne is a Mexican soup that is eaten with a spoon.
