150gRed onion, diced
250gSour cream 18%
250gBlack beans
4-5Chopped chillies without cores
500gPepper and diced
500gTomato, sliced
600gBrunch sausages tulip

To prepare the Chili Beans with brunch sausages recipe, please follow these instructions:

Thaw, quickly and behind the Carrot bread as directed.

Rinse the beans well in cold water. Boil them in plenty of salted water for about 1 1/2 hour until tender.

Saute the red onions, chilli and bell pepper 3-4 min. in oil. Add the coarsely chopped tomatoes and sauté a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix with beans and freshly chopped cilantro.

Fry the sausages in butter and serve them along with chili beans, sour cream and warm Carrot bread
