Instructions for Chile con pollo
To prepare the Chile con pollo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chicken in tern and chop in tern and brown both in a little rapeseed oil. Spice with chilli potato (smoked chilli) to taste - I use a good teaspoonful and then I get a little bit of speed. Add a can of peeled tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of pressed garlic and a large can of tomato sauce and let all the heat warm through - until the chicken pieces are white all the way through. Finally add 1 can of kidney beans and wipe it all off when the beans are hot.
Low fat - fast - healthy.
Server possibly. With rice, pasta or just a good piece of bread.
