Ingredients for Child gingerbread

0.5 | tsp | Cardamom, ground |
0.75 | tsp | Pepper. White |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | tsp | Orange peel, grated |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
125 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Sugar |
275 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Child gingerbread
To prepare the Child gingerbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in butter and sugar well. Stir in egg and orange zest in. mix the remaining ingredients and turn them into butter mixture. Gather the dough until it is smooth and supple.
Portion dough into 8 pieces and roll them into sausages (ca. 22 cm). Cut each sausage in about 22 pieces and roll them into small gingerbread.
Put pepper nuts on a plate with wax paper and bake them at 200 degrees c. alm. oven at the top of the oven.
Tips:
You can optionally add cloves, and by the way can children saktens make them all alone. You can well do without cinnamon and cardamom, and use black pepper.
