To prepare the Chicken soup (strong) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut chicken into such fine and short strips and let them stew at the bottom of a saucepan with a little oil. The chicken may have a light frying pan.
Add the bacon and simmer for a couple of minutes to give more flavor.
Add water and broth cakes. Cut a cross half the lime and let the whole lime fruit boil together with the soup.
After boiling for a few minutes add Thai salt, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and salt and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add very finely sliced peppers (2x2 mm) and the peas and boil for a few minutes.
Even the corn starch soup until it has a proper consistency (can also be completely omitted.)
Serve and sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions.
tips:
Server possibly. With toasted bread (fluté cut into thin slices and grated in oven with a little oil and salt until crispy)
