Instructions for Chicken soup
To prepare the Chicken soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove the meat from the chicken and put it in a large saucepan, if necessary. Along with a power leg. Pour water over so it covers. Bring the soup on boiling point and foam.
Add the soup and all the cleaned herbs to the saucepan except the pork. Add salt and put on and simmer the heat.
Take the vegetables up as they are tender.
Boil the chicken until it is tender, 1½ to 2½ hours, depending on the size. Feel at the thigh.
Remove the chicken when it is tender and remove the soup dish. Add the soup and foam excess fat.
Cut the sliced pears into slices and cook them on the soup for about 10 minutes. Cut the herbs into cubes and warm them in the soup.
Season with salt.
Hot meat and dumplings in the soup. The soup must not boil.
