To prepare the Chicken on potato bottom 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into ½ cm thick slices. Put in a greased ovenproof dish and season with rosemary, oregano, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper between the layers.
Sprinkle chicken thighs with barbecue spice and drizzle with a little olive oil. Lay your thighs on top of the potatoes.
Place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees about 60 minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked. The meat juice must be ready.
