To prepare the Chicken liver post with portvinsky recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean, rinse and dry the liver. Bring them to a food processor / quick starter and chop them at the fastest speed for approx. 5 sec. Add the remaining ingredients and chop approximately 5 sec. Pour the mixture into 8 porcelain or aluforms (a about 1/2 dl). Behind the postmen.
Portvinsky: Put the house block soft in cold water about 5 min. Bring port wine and one dl water in boil. Pull the house block out of the water with the water attached. Melt it in the port wine mixture. Pour the cloud into a small bowl and place it covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until it is stiffened. Cut the cloud. Serve the delivery post warm or cold with the chopped portvinsky.
