Instructions for Chicken legs with bacon
To prepare the Chicken legs with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bleep/carefully cut skin of the thighs. Season with pepper on the entire thigh. Wrap a slice of bacon on the thigh. Cut a few cut in the thigh and season with salt and plenty of pepper and brush liberally with oil. Be placed on a rack and put in a cold oven. Turn up on 180 gr and let the thighs get approximately 1 hour. Check whether kødsaften is ready.
Tips:
Can be served with karfoffelgratin which is made from potatoes, hk. Onion, salt and pepper and a few dabs of butter. Not only did it taste great, it looks great too!
