Ingredients for Chicken in yogurt

Instructions for Chicken in yogurt
To prepare the Chicken in yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse chickens well and remove any Quills etc. Share each chicken in 6-8 pieces.
Came the Saffron threads in a small bowl and pour 3 tbsp. boiling water over. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes. Shock saffron with water in a mortar.
Rub chicken pieces with salt. Place it in a dish and drizzle lemon juice and saffron with water over. Let chicken pieces draw covered and cool at least 30 minutes.
Marinade: crush the coriander seeds and cumin seeds in a mortar. Arrow individual cloves garlic and chop them finely. remove most of the kernel from the chili and chop the flesh finely.
Mix coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, chilies in yoghurt. Pour the yogurt mixture over chicken pieces. Cover with a piece of tinfoil and let them soak in the fridge 3-4 hours, like the next day.
The chicken: Set the oven at 200 degrees. Take the dish out of refrigerator. Remove the aluminium foil and set the dish in the Middle o the heating oven 35-40 minutes. Baste the meat with the marinade once or two during frying. Dot in lårkødet with a kødnål. Is the juice completely ready, the meat is finished.
Take the dish out of the oven and serve immediately (with rice)
Tips:
Instead of whole chickens, chicken breast may be used, as freed from ben.
