Instructions for Chicken in white wine
To prepare the Chicken in white wine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Each chicken is split into 8 parts. Onion peeled and chopped fine, leek is cleaned of soil, sliced and cut into fine thin half moons. The root is cut by the mushrooms and quarter. Chicken pieces Sauté in hot oil until browned evenly and uniform in 10 min., be taken out of the pot. Add the Pan, sauté mushroom, when they have been browned met the finely chopped onion and Leek. When the onions have been blank, add spices, garlic and white wine. White wine should now be reduced by half, once this is done, add the broth and chicken pieces, this is poached in about 30 mins. under the lid. Must tilsmages with the various spices and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with potatoes/rice and salad, French bread. There may be added udkernede grapes, like red and green mixed ½ of each for color's sake. These are added to the very end, they only need to be heated in the Court otherwise they will never boil them to death/smattede.
