To prepare the Chicken hearts in karrysovs with green mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the top of the hearts from the part that is white.
Cut the onions well. Chop tomatoes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and put the onion in it, let it swim for 2 minutes. Add curry and sun dried tomatoes and cook another 2 minutes. Add the hearts and let it sweat until the hearts are browned. Add water and simmer under lid for 1 hour.
Now add the milk, the amount depends on how much sauce you want to make ... and it will simmer again for approx. 15 minutes.
Smooth the sauce just before serving.
Potatoes The potatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces the same size as you would make if it was for roasted potatoes and the broccoli is cleaned, cut into the same size pieces and it all comes up in a saucepan and boils until it's tender.
Pour the water and stir it to a moss with a hand mill. Add milk and a little to get it evenly.
