Salt
Black peppercorns

1Whole chicken
1Bay leaf
1,5dlCoffee cream 13%
3Egg yolks
30gFlour

To prepare the Chicken freezer with asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the chicken in water with salt and spices until the meat is tender. The chicken is taken up and the water is sifted. Pick the meat from the legs and put it back into the cooking water in the pan.

Smooth the dish with a buttercup and at low heat.
