To prepare the Chicken breast with prunes and pears recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and fill them with a pair of scallops and a small twig of rosemary. Close with a pinch and spice with salt and pepper. Clean the pears and cut them well. Brown the chicken breasts in a saucepan of butter and add the pears. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes and bring wine. Cook well and add broth. Let it simmer for a low 8-10 minutes. Put the meat on a warm dish and pour the cream into the pan. Boil the sauce over hot heat until it becomes creamy in consistency. Season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce around the meat. Server with the selected accessory
