Oven preheated to 180 degrees c. alm. oven. Put aluminum foil on a baking sheet, brush lightly with oil. Knead chicken meat, bread crumb, corn, chopped chives and flour together in a bowl.
Share forcemeat in 12 servings, which are shaped to sausages, approx. 13 cm. long. Forcemeat should be quite moist.
Salsa: All ingredients are stirred together in a bowl and put in refrigerator at least 1 hour so that the flavors are connected. Served by stuetemeperatur. Put the sausages on baking sheet and bake them for 35 min. Invert regularly. Serve with salsa cruda.
