To prepare the Chick Pea Salad with spring onions and semidried tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soak the chickpeas in at least 6-8 hours. Com new water and boil them for about 45 minutes without salt. Let them cool. Cut the white bok choy-stick finely and chop the green leaves. Cut the spring onions into thin slices. Mix chick peas, bok choy, spring onions, drained semi-dried tomatoes with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and white pepper. Let the salad pull. Serve the salad on a platter and advantage over the goat cheese. Break the cheese into smaller pieces if necessary.
Tips:
Instead of semi-tiomater can be used dried Sun-dried tomatoes.
