Instructions for Chick pea-curry

To prepare the Chick pea-curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the onions finely and pressure individual cloves garlic. Saute in oil or ghee both at medium heat. Add the chili powder, salt, turmeric, paprika, cumin and coriander and cook 1 min. Add the chickpeas and the peeled tomatoes with væden and let Cook together. The Court let simmer over low heat about 20 min. Add the garam masala and cook for approx. 10 min.
