To prepare the Cheese Raspberry Coupe recipe, please follow these instructions:
Strip a portion of the orange peel with a juliennejern and tear the rest of the skull with a grater. Squeeze the juice of the orange. Whip the cream cheese together with the juice, the cracked orange peel, flour and liquorice for a smooth cream. Rinse the raspberries and let them drip off. Divide the raspberries into two serving glasses and pour the cheese cream over and decorate with the shredded orange peel.
