Stir fresh cheese with fried orange peel and taste with flourish. Fill the orange cheese in the Christmas salads and decorate with dandelion strips. Boil balsamic and sugar into a thin syrup. Pour it over half the figs and serve with a piece of brie, a little rucola and bread.
