Ingredients for Champignongratin

1 | Roughly chopped onion | |
1 ½ | dl | Milk |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Paprika |
3 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
3 | tbsp | Butter |
500 | g | Cleaned mushrooms |
60 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Champignongratin
To prepare the Champignongratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the sliced mushrooms in the grease in a pan with the chopped onion. Stir the flour and sprinkle with milk and cream a little at a time, with constant stirring.
Take the pot from the heat and stir the egg yolks in. Season with peppers, salt and pepper. Whip the egg whites stiff and fold them in.
Bring the gratin dough into a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle with raspberries and put butterballs on.
Place the dish in the oven at 175 degrees C for approx. 45 min.
Served with melted butter and a salad
