Instructions for Caviar Rand
To prepare the Caviar Rand recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soak the house blossom in cold water and melt it over a water bath. Stir mayonnaise with lemon juice and carry. Stir the house blossom. Beat the cream stiff and turn it into the mayonnaise with light hand together with the caviar. Season with salt. Comes in edge form and stiffens a cool place. Turn the caviar out on a dish and garnish with prawns, egg yolks and tomato boats. Add a fleece.
