Instructions for Cauliflower soup 03
To prepare the Cauliflower soup 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes and onion peeled and cut into cubes. Cauliflower is rinsed and cut free from leaves and stems and divided into small bouquets.
Turn the lid into a pan with a little oil, then add cauliflower, potatoes and broth. The soup is boiled approx. 30 min. To cauliflower and potatoes are tender. Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Blend the soup with a spelled blender in the pan. Add the cream and taste to.
Finally add the soup to the boil while the bacon is cooked on the pan.
tips:
My goals on ingredients are circular goals. Since I often cook for two days, this portion will correspond to two days of food, or to three to four people. The bacon can be replaced with frozen peas and flutes.
