Instructions for Carrysuppe
To prepare the Carrysuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the onion and garlic into cubes and fry them in a pan. Add the carry and let it sear with. Pour broth by. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and add to the pan. Let the soup simmer, covered, for about 15 mins.
Purér soup in foodproccesor or rub through a sieve and got it back in the pan. Add the milk and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
