Before a 1 kg sandkage shape with wax paper. Sift flour, baking soda, allspice and Tartar together in a bowl. Stir in the carrots and 75 g of chopped peanuts. Whip the eggs and oil together bright syrup, and stir it into the dry ingredients, then the dough gets a soft liquid consistency. Pour the batter into the prepared form and sprinkle nuts over the rest of the land. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 ½ hours for it to finish.
