0.25dlBoiling water
0.5dlPeach juice
1tbspVanilla sugar
200gIcing sugar
200gDesiccated coconut
2-3dropsAlmond essence
250gGrated carrot
3tspBaking soda
300gButter or margarine
350gWheat flour
4Eggs
400gSugar
500gFrom canned peaches

Instructions for Carrot / peach muffins with almond glass

To prepare the Carrot / peach muffins with almond glass recipe, please follow these instructions:

Blend peaches and peach juice.
Tear the carrots.
Melt the butter / margarine and mix it with the sugar.
Stir the eggs at one time.
Add carrots, peaches, coconut flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda.
Stir well together.
Add the flour.
Distribute the dough into muffin molds. (There is enough dough for two bread pans with molds on.)
Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Let them cool off.
Cover them with glaze.
