0.25 | dl | Boiling water |
0.5 | dl | Peach juice |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Icing sugar |
200 | g | Desiccated coconut |
2-3 | drops | Almond essence |
250 | g | Grated carrot |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
300 | g | Butter or margarine |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs | |
400 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | From canned peaches |
Instructions for Carrot / peach muffins with almond glass
To prepare the Carrot / peach muffins with almond glass recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend peaches and peach juice.
Tear the carrots.
Melt the butter / margarine and mix it with the sugar.
Stir the eggs at one time.
Add carrots, peaches, coconut flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda.
Stir well together.
Add the flour.
Distribute the dough into muffin molds. (There is enough dough for two bread pans with molds on.)
Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Let them cool off.
Cover them with glaze.
