To prepare the Carrot cake with orange juice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sugar, eggs and egg whites are whipped with hand muffs for a couple of minutes. Mix wheat flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Whip it in the dough and then whip the cracked carrots. Only whip until the dough is collected, whipping too long, the dough becomes heavy.
