150 | g | Wheat flour |
175 | g | Carrots |
2 | Egg white |
Instructions for Carrot cake with orange juice
To prepare the Carrot cake with orange juice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar, eggs and egg whites are whipped with hand muffs for a couple of minutes. Mix wheat flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Whip it in the dough and then whip the cracked carrots. Only whip until the dough is collected, whipping too long, the dough becomes heavy.
Cover a small frying pan with baking paper and pour the dough. Put the mold at the bottom of the oven at 185 degrees for 35 minutes.
When the cake is baked, knit holes with a knitting needle and pour the orange juice over.
Leave the cake 15 minutes in the mold so the juice is completely aspirated. It is then removed from the mold and cooled off.
