Ingredients for Carnitas, marinated pork

1 | nip | (1 bit) sugar |

1 3/4 | kg | Shoulder of pork |
2 | clove | Garlic |
4 | tbsp | Malt vinegar |
450 | g | Subcutaneous fat into cubes |
6 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Carnitas, marinated pork
To prepare the Carnitas, marinated pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the slice into smaller pieces and blend it with: garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Cut the meat for approx. 10 cm cubes and remove all excess fat. Grease the bulb in addition to the cuts and leave them to stand overnight or at least 2 hours. Make sure the meat is well covered with bulbs.
Heat the oven up to 170 degrees.
Put the marinated meat plus marinade in an ovenproof dish together with the water and spreads. Lay the lid on and place it in the oven for approx. 2 hours. During that time, the meat must be reversed several times and drip with the steak slice in the dish.
After the 2 hours take off the lid and the right fry for another 30 minutes, during which the meat is reversed once, so that it becomes even golden brown all over the place. Pour excess fat from the finished dish. Place the meat on a hot serving dish and pour the concentrated sauce over. At the table, take a warm tortilla and roll a suitable portion of meat and sauce into it.
