Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Melt the butter in the Pan, and let the apples simmer with in 5 minutes. Advantage sugar addition. It must now make the caramel addition to the apples on a low heat. Keep for they are nice Brown. A little to the sweet tooth in the dark winter months.
