Ingredients for Cantuccini

1Eggs
1tspCardamom, ground
1tspSalt
2tspBaking soda
2dlRaisins
200gAlmonds, usmuttede
3tspCinnamon, ground
300gSugar
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Cantuccini

To prepare the Cantuccini recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the almonds roughly

Mix the flour, baking powder and spices, but hold the 2 dl of flour back, which are added gradually

Mix rest of ingredients in and knead the dough together

When the dough is kneaded without can hang in your fingers, splitting the dough into 4 equal parts, which are rolled into long thick sausages (ca. 3 cm in diameter). Put wax paper on the baking plate

Brush with beaten egg and bake together in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees c. alm. oven for about 20 minutes.

Let the cakes dry in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-30 minutes, until they are completely dry and the tonsils have been roasted.

Tips:
Cane sugar or brown sugar can be used instead of plain sugar, cakes will be less sweet and tastes even better.
