Instructions for Canteral sauce
To prepare the Canteral sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
1) the mushrooms are sautéed in the butter.
2) Add the wine and boil
3) Add cream and broth boil for a few minutes
4) Take some mushrooms on a small counter and blend the remaining in the sauce.
