Instructions for Calvary with peppers
To prepare the Calvary with peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the veal in large tern at approx. 3 x 3 cm. Cut the onions in the rings. Brown the pieces of meat in a pot of butter and olive oil and then add the loaves. Season with salt, add rosemary and water and allow the dish to cook under the lid.
Make the tomatoes and peppers ready and cut them into small terns. The terns come to the meat to the meat, add any. Take a little water and let the dish cook on for approx. 1 hour under cover. Stir regularly.
Scrape the potatoes and cook them tenderly in salted water for approx. 20 minutes.
