To prepare the Cacalla with fresh raspberries and chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the cream. Not too much, but just right so that it is easy and delicious. Beat the egg whites and sugar completely rigid. Turn the chocolate and the whole raspberries in the letpiskede cream. Finish with gently turn the whipped egg whites into the cream.
