Instructions for Butterdejspakker
To prepare the Butterdejspakker recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll a plate of ready-made frozen diced flour until approx. Quarter thickness (for example, use a bottle if you do not have a cake roll) - put some flour on the table first so it does not get caught! (You buy butterdej in packs of 5-6 pieces of thin slices - you can either make a larger number of sandwiches, for example, if you have guests or the rest of the butter dough can be stored in the freezer). Divide the dough into 2 long pieces. Mix in a bowl: Approx. 1/2 pack of cream cheese with spices (stirring with a little milk / water, so it will be completely soft to stir in), hammer (or shrimp), broccoli in very small bouquets and salt and pepper. Put some of the mass at one end of each piece of bread. Fold the rest of the piece over the end with the filling in and press the open sides together with a fork. Bake the packs in the oven (on a plate / grid with baking paper) until the butter dough raises and becomes crisp.
