Ingredients for Burger Patties

1 | pinch | Cumin seeds |
1 | Tablespoon coriander seeds | |
1 | Large red onion | |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | Handfuls breadcrumbs of daggammelt bread | |
2-3 | Sidestep cucumbers | |
600 | g | Ground beef – like a little fat |
Instructions for Burger Patties
To prepare the Burger Patties recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shovel smoothly.
Mix meat, spices, mustard and onions in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir. Then add breadcrumbs as needed and coarse pickled herbs. You can also add fresh rosemary or thyme, anchovies or chili.
Form the steaks with your hands, possibly. Using a little cold water, so the meat is not stuck.
Grease a dish of olive oil and put the steaks in the dish. Bring some olive oil over the steaks and let them pull in the fridge for a couple of hours before frying / grilling.
If the steaks are large, they should be cooked in the oven before placing them on the grill.
