Instructions for Bulgur with chicken
To prepare the Bulgur with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the bulgus according to the instructions on the bag.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and chop the onion and crushed garlic until the onions are ready.
Add the chicken meat and season until the meat has got color. Add the pepper fruit to the tern and coarse chopped mushrooms and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the boiled bulgur, corn, peas, vegetable broth, soy, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Warm the right through constant stirring.

Variation:
Replace chicken meat with, for example, turkey meat and replace the bulgus with rice or cous cous.
Server with coarse bread.
