Ingredients for Bueno cake

100gChocolate (dark or light)
150gIcing sugar
150gHazelnuts (finely minced, but optional (I don't use them)
2tbspWheat flour
2tbspCocoa
2tspVanilla sugar or/1 rod
200gButter
3Pasteurized egg whites
6Pasteurized egg yolk
6tbspSugar
8Eggs

Instructions for Bueno cake

To prepare the Bueno cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

HOW TO DO IT

Turn on the oven on 160 hot air
Lubricate or clothe a spring shape.

- Share eggs in plum and white
- Whip the egg yolks with sugar until it is light and airy
- add vanilla, cocoa and flour, whip until there is no lumps in.
Whip egg whites stiff (get the nuts if you use them) and turn it into the dough.
Pour the mass into the spring shape and bag them for 30 minutes (check if they are finished, if not give them 5 minutes more.
- When cooled, they are cut in the middle so you have 2 layers of cake

BUTTER CREAM
-Pis butter until it's bright
- Point the flour and then whip again.
Melt the chocolate and put it in with cocoa. Whip again
- Put the pasteurized egg in another bowl and whisk it with the sugar for at least 7 minutes
When it's bright, it's over to the buttercream, then you whip it all together.

COLLECTION

- Put one of the bottles on the dish to be served on
Put a large clam of butter cream on, so a bottom and so butter cream all around, also around the sides of the cake, you'll want a little creme back.
Put the arches around the cake, the cream acts as glue, it may be difficult as they will surely topple, but as soon as it is done, gently tie the ribbon around and tie a bow as they are going.
- Put the last creme cream in the middle and put the cake in the fridge for an hour
- When the cake is taken out, you can pour m & ms in the middle
