Ingredients for Brombearear I

2.5 | dl | Whole milk |
4 | tbsp | Red currant jelly |

Instructions for Brombearear I
To prepare the Brombearear I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter in the flour and mix the sugar. Collect the dough with the egg yolk that has touched the cream. Wipe the dough into a pie shaped with baking paper and make sure to push the dough well up the edge all the way around.
Prepare the bottom of the second row at 190 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15 minutes.
Bring the milk to the boil with the vanilla grains. Stir the egg yolks and sugar together and stir the corn starch. Stir in the spoonful of milk. Put the cream back into the pan and continue to stir until it boils. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Pour the cream into the baked bottom, put it back in the oven and bag it further for 15 minutes.
Let the pie cool and take it out of the mold.
Crush the macaroons roughly and sprinkle them over the cream, sprinkle with the almonds and put the thawed blackberries on.
Melt the ribs in a small pot and coat the berries with the liquid jelly.
