Ingredients for Brigadeiro
1 | glass | Chocolate vermicelli |
1 | can | Evaporated milk (can be purchased from all greengrocers |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
5 | tbsp | O'boy or nesquick |
Instructions for Brigadeiro
To prepare the Brigadeiro recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take a saucepan and pour the condensed milk into it. Do not overheat the heat too much. Then put the butter in and wait until it melts. Cocoa and o'boy or nesquick are put in and stirred around. Then turn up the heat and make sure to stir the mixture all the time. When the mixture has become thick and it can slide away from the saucepan when tipping it lightly, pour it onto a plate that is placed in the refrigerator. After approx. 30 min you can take the "dough" and make small balls rolled in chocolate cream and put on a dish for serving.
tips:
You can possibly. Drop the cocoa and roll them into coconut flour instead. :)
