Instructions for Brazilian pork tenderloin with brown beans
To prepare the Brazilian pork tenderloin with brown beans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tempero:
First cut the garlic and spring onions nicely and blend it with salt to a steady amount.
Cut bacon and sausages into thin slices. Heat 1 tbsp. Butter and 1 tbsp. Temper on a pan and bacon and sausage slices until golden. Add beans, bay leaves and sliced spring onions as well as water. Allow the steam to evaporate for 30 minutes.
Turn corn flour into the mixture and let it boil together. Season with salt.
Pry the pork tenderloin lightly with a fork.
Mix 1 tbsp. Tempero with lemon juice, english sauce and 1 tablespoon. melted butter.
Brush the mixture on the pork tenderloin and place it in a refractory dish. Step it at 220 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30 minutes.
Take the meat out, pack it in the aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving with the brown beans.
