To prepare the Bradepande cake with (Crunch) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the sugar and eggs are frothy. Turn the peeled, sliced apples (2 mm) in. mix flour and baking powder and turn it gently in.
Filled into baking pan 23x33 cm. which is lined with baking paper.
The nuts are chopped. All the ingredients for the "knaset" are cooked together in a pan and spread out over the cake (before it is put in the oven).
Cake Bake at 175 degrees c. alm. oven in 30-35 minutes.
