Ingredients for Bovsteak

Oil for brushing
Oil/vinegar dressing at a ratio of 2 ½: 1
Pepper
Torn shell of 1 lemon
Salad
Salt
½tbspCumin seeds
½-1Summer cabbage, remove if necessary. the outer coarse blade
1Green bell pepper into strips
1Small bundle spring onion fintsnittet
1largeRed chili, with or without seeds
1tbspRed wine vinegar
1-2tbspPineapple juice from canned
2Red apples with Peel and diced
2tbspCane sugar
3/4dlChili tomato sauce
3-4stemsFresh coriander
4Pineapple rings from canned
4Shoulder steaks without fat edges, 1 ½ cm thick

Instructions for Bovsteak

To prepare the Bovsteak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Blend the ingredients to the BBQ sauce and let it take a few hours in the refrigerator. Dip the meat dry and brush it with a little oil. Grill the meat approx. 8 minutes on each side. Brush with the BBQ sauce for the last few minutes.

Cut the cabbage into fine strips. Season vegetables and apples on a suitable dish. Mix oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Accessories:
Grilled wheat Tortillas: Spread a thin layer of garlic butter over the bread. Fold them to half-moon and grill them ½-1 minute on each side.
