Ingredients for Blueberry Habanero Chutney

0.5 | dl | Sugar |
1 | Onion finely chopped | |
1-2 | Habanero very finely chopped | |
2 | dl | Apple vinegar (white wine vinegar) |
6-7 | dl | Blueberries (preferably fresh but frozen is ok) |
Instructions for Blueberry Habanero Chutney
To prepare the Blueberry Habanero Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the onion, vinegar, sugar and half of the habanero calm. Simmer until the liquid is reduced to ca. 1/3.
Add the blueberries and more habanero aftertaste. Simmer 7-10 minutes more until it becomes viscous. Stir gently into the Pan, so it does not burn on. Cool off before serving.
Tips:
Really good for example, fillet of chicken or steamed salmon.
