Ingredients for Blommetrifli
½ | Vanilla pod | |
1-2 | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Corn flour |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Henkogte plums |
4 | dl | Milk |
4 | tbsp | Sherry or madeira |
4-5 | large | Macaroons |
Instructions for Blommetrifli
To prepare the Blommetrifli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the macaroons roughly, put them in one or more glass bowls and pour the wine on. Fold the flowers and put them on the macros. Whip egg and sugar well together and add maizena. Strike the vanilla. Warm milk and vanilla to boiling point, whip some of the milk into the eggs and pour it all back into the pan. Bring the cream into the boil, whip it well and let it boil for a couple of minutes. Cool the cream, but still whip it occasionally. Scrape the vanilla grains into the cream. Turn back A little whipped cream in the cold cream. Pour the cream over the fruit, sprinkle with whipped cream and server.
tips:
Other pickled or pickled fruits can be used. The dessert can be prepared some hours in advance and kept cool.
